Dear Parent and/or Guardian,

We are currently assisting students at Roosevelt High School with college readiness services. As a community partner at your child's high school, we are committed to ensuring they are well-prepared for the next stage of their academic and personal development.

Our college readiness program is designed to equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in higher education. We provide various services to students such as FAFSA completion assistance, academic preparedness, career exploration, study skills/time management workshops, and college application guidance.

Throughout this process, we strive to keep you informed and involved. We encourage open communication and collaboration between parents, students, and our team of advisors to support your child's transition to college successfully.

I have provided a link and attachment of our Parent Release form in this email. Kindly review the document carefully, fill in all required fields, and provide your signature where indicated. Once completed, you can return the form to us via email, bring a printed copy to our office or have your student turn into their high school counselor.
